    Hi there,
    I was wondering if there is any way to reduce skype's MB usage and get it more in line with the estimate given here-> http://www.skyrove.com/faq/
    The estimate given is wildly outside of practical experience. I am getting something in the order of 1.1MB per minute, ie at least 60MB an hour and not the 20-30 quoted.
    I appreciate that this was an estimate, but again, I really do find skype useful, but would like to be able to use it economically too.

    Hi Tetsusa,

    In my test, I use about 60MB an hour only when Video is enabled, but much less when using Audio only.
