Spur Steak Ranches adds Skyrove to their winning recipe

Hello!

I would just like to emphasize that Spur staff should be made more knowledgeable regarding the credit system used by Skyrove.

A week or so ago I asked one of the waiters about the costs involved in using Skyrove to browse the internet. But they relayed to me that they had no knowledge of how the system works, neither did they know how much they charge for their credits before we sat down.

I find this very alarming, as I work in IT support and did not need to know the technical info, but all I needed to know was the charges involved for credits.

This was very a very disappointing event .

You are absolutely right!

This is an issue we are addressing as much as we can. We have started by making sure all the relevant info regarding speed and billing is shown on the Skyrove Login page which loads automatically when opening your browser after connecting to the wireless network.

Any ideas for how we can improve this will also be most welcome.

is it possible to purchase vouchers without a credit card? Can Spur Not keep them and maybe put up a small board or window sticker therefore informing customers of said Hotspot I mean we found out by accident
